Lately we’ve noticed that many visitors seem to have GPS systems that are getting a little too creative with their routes to the Tasting Patio. Please watch this for a couple tips on what to look for so you can avoid the “scenic route” to nowhere. There is not a "northern entrance" to the meadery via Washington Park Road (nf-32). The entrance gate is located on the south side of the property via Forest Road 1190. If in doubt, please download the directions to your device before starting your trip, via the PDF link above. 📍🌲🍯🍷

Tips for Finding Us:

  • Review the PDF of directions (this includes photos of each turn) & download it to your device, even if you plan to use a GPS app.

  • When using a GPS app, be sure to enter our location and hit “start” before leaving Payson or your starting location, as you will lose cell service along the way. We have WiFi available at the patio for when you route your trip home.

  • You will be traveling on dirt roads through forest service land. These roads are typically well maintained during most seasons and can be traveled in a vehicle with average clearance, but plan to drive with caution once the pavement ends and when crossing the creek.

  • Be aware that Google and Apple are not always 100% accurate. They will often take you just past our entrance gate, so when you see the BTRM sign pictured above, veer left to enter through a green gate next to the main sign.

    • Please let us know if you notice any major issues with these services, but be aware that ultimately are at the mercy of the updates and changes they make without our input. This is why we recommend you have the PDF directions with directional photos as backup just in case.
